Shipping and Returns Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS


All purchases made at KlatchCo are considered final sale. This includes items purchased during holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and those acquired using promotional codes. However, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen, and if there are errors on our part, we will rectify them promptly.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR INACCURATE SHIPMENTS

 

In the event of an error in product fulfillment, where the product received does not conform to the specifications detailed on the sales receipt (e.g., size, color, quantity), and where the exchange is authorized by KlatchCo, the product may be returned to our shipping facility within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original, unaltered condition, securely packaged in its original packaging, and must remain unused and unworn.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@klatchco.net. In the communication, provide your order number, name, email, and specific issue. Attach pictures of the product highlighting the defect. For defective items, we offer a 50% discount code for your next purchase.


COLOR DISCLAIMER


Due to variations in monitor settings, KlatchCo cannot guarantee exact color matches of products. Please be aware that like-named colors may differ, and fabric colors on computer monitors may vary.


FORGOTTEN DISCOUNT CODES


Unfortunately, we cannot adjust prices once an order is confirmed. Please ensure all information, including discount codes, is accurate before finalizing your purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per order.


SHIPPING


Orders can take up to 7 days to process and ship due to our on-demand product preparation. If your order takes more than 14 days to ship, you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. International shipping may take an additional 14 business days.


MISSING PACKAGE/DELIVERY ISSUES


For missing packages marked as "delivered," contact your local post office. KlatchCo is not liable for shipping address discrepancies or delivery issues. If there are problems, file a claim with the shipping company.


PRE-SHIPMENT STATUS


If your order is in "Pre-shipment," it means the label is printed, and USPS will update the tracking as soon as scanned. Contact us only if your order surpasses the estimated time for shipment.


DEPLATED STOCK


In rare cases of oversold items, you'll be refunded for the missing item, and the rest of your order will ship. If the entire order consists of the oversold item, shipping will also be refunded.


PRODUCT SIZING


All KlatchCo T-shirts, hats, and hoodies are unisex sizes. Sex specific garments, such as women’s blouses or men trousers are sized based on US standard sizing chart.


PRICE CHANGES


Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at purchase confirmation is final, and retroactive adjustments won't be made.


REFUND DISBURSEMENT


Refunds are sent to the original payment method. If unavailable, contact your financial institution.
